My life is pretty much the same, it seems.
And if you look into my life, you know there’s one constant — Harper. This month (and June) is extremely hectic with work, so I don’t do a lot of extra things. So my life is basically work, Harper, and if I can squeeze in a few other things.
To quote the great Homer J. Simpson … borrrrrrrring.

Alas, it turns out I actually did have some photos I liked this month. And that’s good because it would look odd to have blank photos!
I’m hoping others have had a more exciting life this month.
But, I guess, exciting is relative, no?
The warmer weather seems to be here in my area and I hope it stays that way. Though I’d prefer it not get too hot. Now the bug season needs to get out of here, though, so sitting outside at night isn’t such a pain!
Anyway, I’m late enough as it is this month. So I’ll quit babbling! Here are my five for May!
1. Stick monster
It seems our evening walks are a little slower paced, and also Harper tends to look for things, more. Especially if she sees a good stick. Then she’ll find a place, usually with shade, and proceed to destroy said stick. This is the end result.

2. Baseball
Cameron’s little league season is under way and I’ve had the chance to see a couple of games. Hopefully I’ll see a couple more before the end of the season.

3. Pose!
Harper won’t always pose, but sometimes I can convince her to do so. This was a great morning for a walk, one in which we did a bit more than three miles. A treat helped me get her to sit for this one!

4. Dog days
With the weather and my lawn dry enough to not be destroyed, the neighbor dogs come over some for play days. Lots of fun and they sure do get tired. Harper is starting to slow some, though. It’s not the worst thing and sometimes she just wanders around, picking her spots when to get into the mix.

5. Please wait …
I couldn’t resist taking this photo, especially when I got her to sit. A couple people looked at us like we were crazy, but hey — that’s fine by me!

There’s my five and let’s see what you came up with! If you took part in this month’s challenge, make sure to link up below.
And for those of you who participated, make sure you try and get to other people’s blogs and comment (here, too!).
Let’s continue to grow this challenge and have a strong community. Come back and check out the others who link later on, too! NOTE: We have a Facebook group for those who participate in the challenge and are interested. I’ll post any announcements there and hopefully it can be a place where things are discussed and some interaction etc. You can access it here.
** CHALLENGE CHANGE **
From this point forward, I am going to do the next theme at the bottom of each linkup. Also, the posting date will now be the first of each month, thus giving you the entire month to take the photos etc.
That means it’s a one-stop shop! Hopefully this helps out with everybody.
So, below is the linkup for April. Make sure you drop your link there.
OK, so it’s time to keep on moving! And just like that, it’s June! And our theme for the month? I get around. Interpret as you see fit!! I hope you all have fun with this theme! Remember to come back on (hopefully) July 1 to link up and check out the theme for that month!

OH MY GOSH, LOOK AT ALL THOSE DOGS!!!!
Harper has one of the best smiles ever!
Hope you have a great summer.
Cameron is getting so big!
Love the dog playdate, they must have so much fun.
I had no idea Harper could read, but being a really smart dog she knows exactly what the sign said.
Hope June is a less busy month for you, so you can *get around* and take lots of pictures 🙂

Cabo likes to make mulch out of a good stick too. I love the morning walk photo….so pretty. I also love that you have play dates with other dogs. That’s awesome!
SO many dogs! Those backyard dog playdates sound exhausting…no wonder Harper slows down a bit a picks her opportunities to join in the fun. I agree with Tamara – Cameron is really shooting up! Enjoy those spring league games while you can!
