Another month and … late.
Hello back to reality!
Are you like me in that when you have a vacation, you need one when you get home? Holy … I need another just to sleep!
But that’s of no worry to others!
I took a trip to Iowa — yes, Iowa — for some baseball and geocaching and some fun. It was an enjoyable trip, but it was at the end of the month, so I didn’t have this post up. Therefore, the beauty is … I can use photos from the trip.
So let me get this up and rolling. Here are my five for the month!
1. Delhi!
In the early 1990s, a couple of us had started to make a trip to Delhi, Iowa. It’s the sister city to my hometown. It’s a small town and I had wanted to visit. Alas, car troubles made it so we had to turn around. Fast forward some 15 years later and look where I finally got to visit …

4. Movie prop
When in Iowa for a baseball trip… who isn’t going to Field of Dreams? And if you remember this part from the movie… the bleacher set is still there. Way too cool!
5. Quite the cache!
Yes, this was part of a gadget geocache! Very well done!

No wonder you’re not blogging much…you’re too busy enjoying life and going on adventures! So funny to read about your failed visit to New Delhi 15 years ago. That geocache is intriguing. Always good to read about something other than a plain old micro in a tree.
while that may be true, I do miss the aspect of blogging because I like having a place to put some memories and such!
