168期体彩飞艇历史直播记录查询_中国飞行艇168幸运体彩号码记录查询-体彩飞行艇实时结果 Photo Blogging Challenge (September 2025): Life enjoyed

October 5, 2025

Life enjoyed.

There once was a time when this 168官方开奖历史记录查询 phrase would make me laugh. Not because of the saying, rather because one of the neighboring cities to me spent upward of $25,000 to re-brand their image and such. And the company came up with Life Enjoyed.

It never stuck.

Instead of taking what it had always been known as (the City of the Hills) and just giving it an updated look and feel, the then-Mayor (who was a fantastic person) and the city government went all in.

This image has an empty alt attribute; its file name is PBC2.jpg

The whole thing never caught on. So, in the end, they had a new and updated look and the “Life Enjoyed” eventually faded off into the sunset. And City of the Hills never left.

But they did have an updated and whimsical look to things, which is really what they needed anyway.

For me, though, as time wore on — I like the phrase and the saying. Just not for a city to brand under. We, as people, however, should embrace something like “life enjoyed” because it’s what we have to do to stay as close to being sane as possible!

How was September for you? Was it truly “Life enjoyed?”

Share your link down below. Here’s my five for the month!

1. Good pals 幸运体彩全国168飞艇历史结果

I had to lead off with this one — this is Harper and Layla. Layla is the daughter of friends who traveled with our group to Canada for a geocaching event. And over the course of the four or so days, Harper and Layla became very good pals. It was fun to watch. There’s a bonus photo at the end of this post of them as well!

2. Early morning views 168飞行艇全国统一开奖结果查询

Walking the final morning at the caching event near our Air BnB. So pretty.

3. Final of the summer

My final baseball game of the summer. A nice day for a game and always enjoyable to keep a scorecard.

4. Found it!

幸运168官方飞艇结果体彩查询网历史 The last trip to Canada was again for geocaching (for the most part). This was grabbing the oldest cache in Ontario.

5. Harper and Signal

Harper doesn’t always do well with Signal (the mascot of geocaching) and often tries to steal the glove off the hand. This time, knowing who was in the costume, she seemed to calm hearing his voice and we got this photo!

BONUS

One more of ® 幸运168官方飞艇结果体彩查询网历史Harper and Layla. She was carrying the stick and sharing with Harper.

There’s my five (plus one) for life enjoyed! Let’s see what you came up with! If you took part in this month’s challenge, make sure to link up below.

And for those of you who participated, make sure you try and get to other people’s blogs and comment (here, too!).

Let’s continue to grow this challenge and have a strong community. Come back and check out the others who link later on, too! NOTE: We have a Facebook group for those who participate in the challenge and are interested. I’ll post any announcements there and hopefully ithere.

** CHALLENGE CHANGE **

From this point forward, I am going to do the next theme at the bottom of each linkup. Also, the posting date will now be the first of each month, thus giving you the entire month to take the photos etc.

That means it’s a one-stop shop! Hopefully this helps out with everybody.

So, below is the linkup for September. Make sure you drop your link there.

幸运168官方飞艇结果体彩查询网历史 OK, so it’s time to keep on moving! And our theme for the month? One word. How to interpret this? One word for the post? One word per photo? Something else? Have some fun! Remember to come back on (hopefully) November 1 to link up and check out the theme for that month! I’ve set a calendar reminder for me, so let’s see if that works!

168网开奖查询记录结果-幸运168(中国福彩)飞开艇查阅结果直播 Photo Blogging Challenge (August 2025): What makes me smile

September 6, 2025

I’m pretty sure most of you can guess what makes me smile.

Being this late with this post doesn’t, that’s for sure. But the end of August and into early September has been a whirlwind with schools starting, car issues, some health insurance BS, starting a class I am adjunct teaching at the local college, and just everything else… I’m happy my head is above water at this point.

Alas, better later than never!

幸运168官方飞艇结果体彩查询网历史 So did you all smile a lot this month?

This image has an empty alt attribute; its file name is PBC2.jpg

I have found that I am doing better when I find myself sliding to find ways to smile. It doesn’t necessarily fix things happening in my world, but … it is it enouh to make me at least smile some. And smiling even in a small way is highly important.

This all has changed how I once was. When I used to get into these highly stressful times I would just be on edge most of the time. Now I can find ways to breathe and smile — and actually feel the benefits of said smile.

Here’s hoping you smiled this month.. and maybe a little more when you see this post actually published!

So.. show us those smiles, or what made you smile!

Anyway, onward. Here’s my five for August!

1. A big smile

On an adventure to Canada, we spend a couple of days in Carleton Place. And I can’t lie — I’d like to go back. What a great little town and quite dog friendly. They had different signs like this around town, but this one was behind our Air BnB.

2. Dog days! ®幸运168官方飞艇结果体彩查询网历史

When in Carleton Place, it sounded like it was a month for dogs. We happened to see this board to use. They also had dog signs all over the town, which was really cool. I’m still shocked Harper stayed still for this image!

3. Frens!

Early in the month, me and my cousin, as well as our mothers, went to a Phillies game. I brought Harper, who stayed at their house during the day and met and played with Caramel! So much fun and I hope these two can get together again soon. For this photo I maybe had some treats in my hand.. and Caramel was pawing at me for it!

4. Exploring

I firmly enjoy being out on rail trails with Harper. We can walk, explore, and enjoy the outdoors. Meanwhile, the terrain is usually pretty decent so it’s fun in that regard. I loved this photo with the leash and her stick and the colors.

幸运168官方飞艇结果体彩查询网历史 5. Hot dog stop

As we entered Canada, we passed this spot. And we had to turn around. A roadside stop where we had hot dogs and fries. And, of course, got Harper a hot dog as well!

There’s my five for self care!

That means it’s a one-stop shop! Hopefully this helps out with everybody.

So, below is the linkup for Jult. Make sure you drop your link there.

OK, so it’s time to keep on moving! And our theme for the month? Life enjoyed. Have some fun! Remember to come back on (hopefully) October 1 to link up and check out the theme for that month! I’ve set a calendar reminder for me, so let’s see if that works!

168飞艇直播历史记录+体彩查询幸运飞开艇开奖记录 Photo Blogging Challenge (July 2025): Self care

August 2, 2025

I think with last month’s them and July’s theme, you can see the direction I am going with some of these monthly challenges.

Let’s be real — you need to have some self care. You have to take care of yourself or everything else around you can be highly affected. And that’s no good for anybody, right?

How you do self care, however, is totally different per person. I’ve tried a wide variety of things. And I’m slow with some things, but eventually they will get done.

So how do you see self care 幸运168官方飞艇结果体彩查询网历史?

This image has an empty alt attribute; its file name is PBC2.jpg

One of my big ways is, of course, Harper. But some of them she just happens to be around me if I am doing other things. I haven’t captured everything I enjoy for self care here, but I have a good grouping.

There’s definitely other things — such as LEGO, or cooking on my Blackstone etc., that I could have had photos of. But, here are the ones I choose.

I look forward to seeing what you all have chosen as maybe there’s something I could add to my own self-care setup.

We’re always trying to keep ourself in a good place after all, right?

So let’s see how you take care of yourself and what you do to make yourself feel whole.

Anyway, onward. Here’s my five for June!

1. Reading ®幸运168官方飞艇结果体彩查询网历史

When I was younger, I read a ton. I still love to read, but I don’t do it enough. I’m trying to do it more and need to maybe start reading a book or two a month. Especially while the weather is good and I can sit outside to do it.

2. Do things

Seems simple, right? This month, a neighboring town held their bicentennial parade. I waffled about going. Finally, me and Harper and my mother decided to go. I’m glad I did. It was a good, old-fashioned parade. So many tractors. Shockingly, not a lot of fire trucks. BUT, they did have a small group of Philadelphia Mummers, who then performed for a bit in the park after. Of course I needed to get a photo of them with Harper! But trying to get out and doing things is a great bit of self care.

3. Friday nights in the community

A few years ago, I felt I needed to try and give back and volunteer a little. I’ve volunteered for our annual Fair on the Square for a couple of years and it’s been nice. I always end the night with Harper there and listening to the music. This was the final Friday in July (this event has been every Friday in July for 50+ years).

4. Painting rocks

I’m not much of an artist, but one of the things I’m doing around the house is making a rock garden. I’ve had friends and their kids painting rocks, but I am working on my own. This is really good for the mind when I do it, so self care 101!

5. Explore

Self care can be in your back yard. Sometimes it’s nice to take Harper out and just find a stream or something to wander and explore in. She sure does love it.

There’s my five for self care! Let’s see what you came up with! If you took part in this month’s challenge, make sure to link up below.

And for those of you who participated, make sure you try and get to other people’s blogs and comment (here, too!).

幸运168官方飞艇结果体彩查询网历史 Photo Blogging Challenge (June 2025): Be present

July 1, 2025

I kind of did this theme on a whim — with nothing in mind. And honestly, I did this to force me to think about being present and what it actually means.

You hear terms like this thrown around, especially when it comes to mental health. That doesn’t mean we always know what the heck something means. It seems like a truly simple concept, but it really isn’t. There’s a lot more to it.

Doing a Google search gives you an AI overview, which reads:

Being present means being fully engaged and aware of the current moment, rather than being distracted by the past or future. It involves focusing on your senses, your breath, and your surroundings, and being mindful of your thoughts and feelings without judgment. It’s about being mentally, emotionally, and spiritually available in the here and now.

This image has an empty alt attribute; its file name is PBC2.jpg

Again, it seems simple. But is it?

We live in a world where we are constantly hit by technology. Be it your phone or a tablet or a computer and then social media and email and …

We can go on and on and on and on …

I also feel being present means not being distracted by current events and the such. Let’s face it, our world is really messed up right now and filled with a lot of hate. It’s hard, at times, to be or feel present.

There are different ways I feel you can focus enough to be present. For me, I’ve worked extremely hard to find ways of being present. That often means putting my phone away (though I will use it for photos) and just diving into things with Harper.

Yes, Harper is my main key to being present.

With my series of photos, I’m going to talk deeper about being present — at least in the way I see it. I look forward to seeing what you all came up with and how you interpreted the theme!

Anyway, onward. Here’s my five for June!

1. Walking

Our morning and nightly walks can often take on different forms. But let’s be honest — how many of you when walking never look at your phone or something else. I’ve been trying hard to not do it as much, so my phone stays in a waist pack unless I am taking photos. This was a recent one where the clouds and everything looked so remarkable. That moment was beautiful for me, and Harper just kept wandering. There are times in the past I never would have been present in this moment — I’d have just been walking, without a sense of purpose.

2. Harper makes me present

When I travel, Harper is with me the majority of the time. And when I am traveling with her, I make sure she takes part in things. That means eating at places where dogs are welcome. I got lucky on a recent overnight trip to find this place that is so amazingly dog friendly, it has a pup menu! And talk about being present. Having Harper experience so many things like this forces me to always be present with her. She enjoyed this — and it was given to her slowly so she didn’t wolf it all down so fast — which made this place perfect. If I’m in this part of New Jersey again, you can better believe I’ll be dining at Paragon Tap and Table!

3. Smell the flowers

If you know dogs, you know they sniff… a lot. And Harper likes flowers. So when I can get her to pose with some, I love to do it. This one took a little bit. I got a bunch of photos I loved, including ones where she was smiling. But there’s something about this one that makes me feel like I’m present in the moment. Her gaze maybe, or the look on her face. But it’s a moment like this that I’m glad I could capture. Again, without Harper, I’m likely not present in a spot like this.

4. Don’t be afraid to push your comfort zone

I feel as though pushing yourself out of your comfort zone is something we should all do, especially to be present. Don’t be afraid to try new things, find new experiences, or break a few rules along the way. Maybe it’s a solo trip, or trying something that slightly scares you. But it will allow you to be present in the moment. I try and make sure Harper has as many experiences as possible, and sometimes that pushes my own comfort zone. And sometimes, it’s just sidestepping some “rules.” Side note: my alma mater has signs for no dog walking. I know, though, that people have their dogs on the grounds often for things such as athletic contests. So … sometimes I take a longer walk with Harper and we cut back up through the grounds (normally just on the roadway and when school isn’t in session). I understand the idea for this rule, but hey – I pay taxes and I don’t let her on lawns and I’d clean up anyway. But on this Sunday that we did this, I couldn’t resist trying this photo and she stayed long enough for me to get it!

5. Party on!

I’m lucky to have a yard that is made for Harper to have a place she can relax, roam and have as her own. I also am lucky to have neighbor dogs who come over and play well with Harper. This was a recent evening after a scortching hot day. Originally I only wanted a couple of the calmer ones, but then… why worry? So, over came the crew (one had wandered home already when I took this photo!)

Being present is a must when they are all over, just to make sure nothing goes wrong. But being able to be part of things like this and know these dogs are having a great time and enjoying life makes you really think in a more simple sense. This is being present in the simplest form.

BONUS

I had to do a bonus photo this month. It’s from a bark in the park game me and Harper went to recently. The reason I feel this is a be present moment is because I removed us from a spot where I felt it was too much, and then went to a spot we could enjoy. Our original seats were in the lower bowl and it was fine, but there were a lot more people than normal (I had selected the wrong section). I felt a little overwhelmed myself and was too worried about Harper. So, we walked around for a little bit and then went to the upper seating area and got a spot by ourselves. It was way more relaxing and enjoyable. I think Harper also approved, as per the photo. Being present, indeed!

There’s my five for being present!

That means it’s a one-stop shop! Hopefully this helps out with everybody.

So, below is the linkup for May. Make sure you drop your link there.

OK, so it’s time to keep on moving! And our theme for the month? Self care. Have some fun! Remember to come back on (hopefully) August 1 to link up and check out the theme for that month! I’ve set a calendar reminder for me, so let’s see if that works!

168飞艇官方入口 Photo Blogging Challenge (May 2025): ®飞艇168幸运体彩直播 Explore the world

June 1, 2025

Exploring the world can be open to a lot of interpretation.

The funny part is … I didn’t take a super ton of photos this month. And that is something different, but I’ve been doing a lot more attempting to “unplug” at times.

For example …

At the end of the month, I went to GeoWoodstock, which is a massive geocaching event. I did well, though, in that I didn’t open my laptop (other than to log caches), and I did my best to avoid social media for the most part.

This image has an empty alt attribute; its file name is PBC2.jpg

And goodness was it refreshing.

No work emails to worry about. Not a lot of anything to worry about, actually.

And what did it prove? Well, one thing for sure — that people can still connect without mobile devices. It was a truly wonderful thing.

So my exploring the world this month is more about me and Harper — unplugging and having a blast, mainly in West Virginia. It felt good to explore again, to get outside of a comfort zone, and to just be able to see things differently.

I hope you all enjoyed the month and had the chance to explore!

Anyway, onward. Here’s my five for May!

1. Country roads …

As the John Denver song goes … “Country Roads … take me home …” Well, nobody said “country roads” and trails in West Virginia would necessarily be clean! Harper would tell you – no regrets!

2. The views

It really shouldn’t have to be said, but sometimes you need to stop and just take it all in. Even Harper when she’s exploring will at times surprise me by looking and wondering. If this isn’t exploring the world, I’m not sure what is!

3. Step outside the norm

If you know me, you know that my world, especially exploring, is with Harper. When I travel, too, I like to see about stepping outside the normal and trying different things. At GeoWoodstock, we did an Escape Room. And they allowed Harper in. I promise she did explore more than this photo shows, but this is an example of trying to explore the world in different ways.

4. Look at the map

Exploring doesn’t always just mean finding a trail or whatnot. The first morning away, I opened Apple maps looking for a trail I could take Harper on. Preferably paved, considering the weather. But I found a dog park (which was awesome) that was next to a paved trail. We hit this spot every day we were away and she explored and even conquered some of the agility items!

5. Giga event

In geocaching, a Giga event is one attended by 5,000 or more people. This is the biggest event in the world and is not a normal thing. In fact, in North America, there have only been two — including GeoWoodstock 21! The other one was also at GeoWoodstock in Cincinnati and I was lucky enough to be at that one, too.

But, this was the first that Harper has been to. She’s been to “mega” events (500 or more people) and has done well, but this was a new experience. And she explored and socialized and made a lot of friends. I was anxious going in, but I didn’t need to be. She was a rock star and it was another experience her and I have shared. Onward to the next one!

There’s my five exploring the world! Let’s see what you came up with! If you took part in this month’s challenge, make sure to link up below.

And for those of you who participated, make sure you try and get to other people’s blogs and comment (here, too!).
